Completing the small steps, results in completing the goal.

We often forget how far we have come on the road to our goals. All we seem to
see is what we have not yet achieved. Then we get frustrated and perhaps
discouraged because we still have not accomplished.
Sometimes you can be demotivated from achieving your goal because it just
seems to BIG.
When trying to achieve a big goal, you have to set a number of mini goals or
steps that you need to accomplish in order to achieve the big goal. But if you
are finding it difficult to motivate yourself to start on the mini-goals, then
break them up into even smaller steps and set a goal to achieve just one small
step per week or per day. The feeling of accomplishment you get when you
complete a small step, is enough to motivate you to achieve another one the
following week or day. Completing the small steps, results in completing the
mini-goal.
This may not always be necessary, but sometimes it may be just the right plan.
